What you will learn
Starting with solid backend development skills, this specialization shifts focus away from the basics of software development to its delivery and maintenance. It is designed for students with interests in system administration, site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering. At its core, this program addresses a critical question: how can application developers build reliable and secure products at a fast pace?
Students mastering the skills to both develop an app and ensure its operational success are well-positioned to become the first engineer or technical co-founder in a startup. Or they might become members of a cross-functional team of application engineers striving to streamline and secure application delivery.
